These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lift's services, including the Lift web application, APIs, and related features (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Terms
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity, or to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
3. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Lift retains all rights to the Service and its software. You retain rights to your content and grant Lift the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.
5. Data and Analytics
You authorize Lift to process usage, experiment, and analytics data required to operate and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
Lift may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Service. Lift may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches of these Terms.
